COUNSELLING WITH JESSICA
ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Jessica.
I believe there are times in all our lives, when speaking to someone who will listen, without judgement or agenda, can be very useful.
We may feel we don’t always have the answers and that’s okay.
My role is to work with you, whilst we unravel how you may by feeling and explore possibilities together. I am a fully qualified counsellor and member of the BACP.
I adopt a person centred approach, which means that I believe we are all the experts of our own lives; sometimes we just need some support to discover this.

HOW I CAN HELP YOU
I am experienced in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, bereavement and relational issues.
It may be that you have one life event that you would like to work through, or it may be a collection of things; either way I am happy to work at your pace, with the hope we can move you forwards.
My belief is that counselling is about hope, and I will offer to hold the hope for you and your future, until you are able to take it back for yourself.

MY OFFERING
Our sessions will be 50 minutes and I would recommend a weekly meeting, although this can be discussed. I am available to work with you in person, in my own counselling studio, or on-line or via telephone.
My counselling studio is in Gloucester (postcode GL3) and provides a safe, private and comfortable space for your counselling.
My work is not limited to a set number of sessions, so I am able to work with you, for as long as we feel it is helpful. I am available for daytime and evening appointments.
I offer affordable rates and additional discounts for students undertaking their Level 4 & 5 counselling diplomas.

‘It’s the relationship that heals’.
Irvin Yalom
Feeling comfortable with the counsellor you choose is so important.
For this reason, I would invite us to have an initial discussion, to explore if you feel we can work together, prior to booking in your ongoing sessions.
I am happy to do this on the telephone or on-line.
